Left 4 Dead 2 is a zombie shooter, with controls and gameplay very similar to the first Left 4 Dead game. However, there are some new game modes, along with new characters, new enemies, new maps, and a few extra weapons, which make this game a fun game to pick up and play, anytime.
I like the story, in Left 4 Dead 2. I like the characters, and some of the new enemies were interesting. I like the familiarity with the controls, and I like how the story was put together. I got this game for around $12, and, even though I sort of liked the first one better, I’ve always felt like I got my money’s worth, with this game.
About The Game
Left 4 Dead 2 was developed by Valve, in 2009. It’s an action / adventure first person shooter game, with the 4 main characters, Nick, Rochelle, Coach, and Ellis, starting off trapped at a hotel. They’ve each become good friends, after having endured a massive zombie attack, and they each share the same goal. As Ellis would put it, that goal would be to “Kill all sons of bitches”.

Each of the characters have different, unique backgrounds and personalities, but their strength, speed, agility, etc. in the game is exactly the same. I’ve listed some basic info about each character for you, below.
Nick is a gambler and a con – artist, with a troublesome past. He is seen as the “complainer” of the group, and he wears a white suit, with a blue shirt. He was very judgmental of the other members of the team, but after a while, he learned to trust them, and they learned to trust him, in return.
Rochelle worked for a news station. She was on a job, to cover the infection’s breaking story. She is the only female in the group. She wears a pink t shirt, and dark colored pants. She is seen as the “kind” one of the group. Also, she is known for her sensibility, and dry sense of humor.
Coach taught football and high school health, before the zombie outbreak. He wears a purple and yellow shirt, black gloves, and brown pants. He is seen as the “motivator” of the group, and he is the group’s oldest member.
Ellis was a mechanic. He wears a blue cap, a tan colored tee shirt, and pants. He is seen as the naïve, “excitable” one, and somewhat of a tough guy. He is often seen with a guitar, and he’s open and friendly, to most people.
This difficulty level is recommended, for those new to shooter games, or for those who have not played the first Left 4 Dead game, for the Xbox 360 yet. Playing the game on the easy difficulty level will help you get used to the controls, as well as how to navigate through the campaign. The game can prove to be hard enough, even on the easy setting.
This difficulty level is recommended for those who have played Left 4 Dead before, as well as those who are looking for a slightly more challenging experience, without being drastically overwhelmed, at every turn. Players who have enjoyed Left 4 Dead on the normal setting will probably also enjoy Left 4 Dead 2 on the normal setting. The normal difficulty level is recommended for those who have gotten used to the gameplay and the controls.
This difficulty level is recommended for those who have beaten the Left 4 Dead 2 campaign, on the normal setting. It’s tough, but not too bad, if you know what to do and where to go. I would only recommend the advanced setting for the seasoned Left 4 Dead 2 veteran, who knows the game.
This difficulty level is recommended for those who have beaten the Left 4 Dead 2 campaign, on the advanced setting. It’s extremely difficult, and there’s a very good chance that you won’t survive. The expert setting can be extremely frustrating at times, but it can also be a rewarding experience, to the die – hard Left 4 Dead 2 gamers out there.
